This elegant early fall Wisconsin wedding is hands down a favorite of mine. I LOVE getting to work at Mercantile Hall in Burlington, WI. It has such a small town feel, with chic industrial meets urban vibes! Plus, being from Burlington gives me an edge because I know all of the hidden beautiful spots in town for portraits! Dani reached out to me during the pandemic after having to cancel her entire wedding and start over in WI with only a few months to plan. LUCKILY our stars aligned and I was available on her new wedding date and it was meant to be!
Dani and Matt are literally the sweetest couple. I know I say that about all of my couples (because hello - it's true!) But the two of them overcame every obstacle Covid-19 threw their way, and did it with such grace. Since they had to basically have to re-plan their entire wedding within a few months, we didn't get to meet before their wedding. When I met the two of them on their wedding day, it literally felt like I had known them forever!
Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful to say the least. I have had SO many clients have to change dates, re-plan, and even change dates again. D + M honestly couldn't have picked a better vendor team - everyone came together to pull off the wedding of their dreams and honestly that is one of the best feelings!
